These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Clarion Path website and our business validation service. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Clarion Path is operated by Keith Edward Chester MAAT ACMA as a sole trader, with offices at 2 Saltash Road, Swindon. SN2 2EF.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions, contact us at enquiries@clarionpath.co.uk.
Clarion Path provides a business idea validation service. You complete a questionnaire about your business idea, and we produce a comprehensive validation report analysing its viability.
Our reports include market research, competitor analysis, unit economics assessment, risk analysis, and a clear recommendation. Reports are typically 30 or more pages and are delivered as a PDF document to your email address.
To place an order:
A binding contract between you and Clarion Path is formed when you complete payment. The contract is for us to produce and deliver a business validation report based on your questionnaire responses.
The price for our service is £175 per validation report. This is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
We aim to deliver your completed validation report to your email address within 48 hours of receiving your completed questionnaire and payment.
In some cases — particularly where the business idea is complex, operates in a highly regulated sector, or requires additional research — delivery may take up to 5 working days. If we anticipate a delay beyond 48 hours, we will notify you by email.
If we are unable to deliver your report within 10 working days, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, without giving any reason.
If you cancel before we have delivered your report, you will receive a full refund.
Because our service involves the creation of personalised digital content, your cancellation right ends once the report has been delivered. By placing your order, you acknowledge that:
Separately from your statutory cancellation right, if you are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality of your report, contact us within 14 days of delivery at enquiries@clarionpath.co.uk. We will either revise the report to address your concerns or issue a full refund at our discretion. We take quality seriously and will work to resolve any legitimate complaints.
To cancel, email us at enquiries@clarionpath.co.uk stating clearly that you wish to cancel your order. Include your name and email address used to place the order. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your cancellation request, using the same payment method you used to pay.
You agree to:
The quality of our analysis depends on the quality of the information you provide. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in our report that result from incomplete or inaccurate information in your questionnaire responses.
You retain all intellectual property rights in your business idea. Submitting your idea to Clarion Path does not transfer any ownership to us. We will not use, disclose, or act upon your business idea for any purpose other than producing your validation report.
Once delivered and paid for, the validation report is yours to use as you wish. You may share it with advisers, investors, partners, or anyone else. We retain no rights over the content of your individual report.
Our analysis methodology, prompt engineering, systems, and processes remain our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our underlying technology or methods.
We treat all questionnaire submissions as confidential. We will not share your business idea, questionnaire responses, or report contents with any third party, except:
Our reports are analytical opinions based on available information. Business outcomes depend on many factors beyond our analysis, including execution, timing, market conditions, and factors unknown at the time of the report.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
Our validation reports are produced using artificial intelligence systems, including large language models, with human oversight. While we take steps to ensure quality and accuracy — including multi-stage review processes — AI-generated analysis may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
You should treat our reports as one input into your decision-making, not as the sole basis for any business, financial, or legal decision. We recommend verifying any critical data points independently and consulting qualified professionals where appropriate.
Where our report identifies relevant next steps (such as company formation, accounting, or legal services), we may recommend trusted third-party service providers. If you choose to engage with a referred provider:
If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us at enquiries@clarionpath.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 10 working days.
If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be able to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform or seek advice from Citizens Advice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
